Last year, Appin Land consulted with local people on plans to create a new development near Bobbing, providing much-needed new homes, jobs, shops and pubs, a primary school and medical centre, and extensive open space.
The team are now working to finalise the plans. Before submitting a planning application to Swale Borough Council, we want to hear your thoughts.
You can explore the plans here, including the presentation from the consultation events.
