Appin Land are very keen to create a large amount of green space in the development, thereby preserving and enhancing the biodiversity that exists around Bobbing.

This masterplan provides an overview of the proposed development. As you can see, it will be very spacious and open with an abundance of green space and trees planted throughout.

The development has been designed with an emphasis on public transport and sustainable travel; highways improvements will be delivered where necessary to reduce congestion.

Appin Land is working on a proposal for an exciting new development near Bobbing, which would provide a new village environment with good access to transport networks, whilst still maintaing the rural character of the area.
