Appin Land is working on a proposal for an exciting new development near Bobbing, which would provide a new village environment with good access to transport networks, whilst still maintaing the rural character of the area.

We are all aware that there is a national housing shortage in Britain. Our proposals will help Swale Council meet some of its targets for new homes - with much-needed family homes and retirement bungalows.
